You'll be sent a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.
If your tracking number isn’t working or you haven’t received it, please reach out to our customer service and we will further assist.

We can only accept returns for damaged or faulty items.

In such cases, please reach out to us at support@coemaskin.co.uk and we will get back to you within 7 working days.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes. This includes amending the delivery address, shipping method, or removing items from the order.

If you do need to change your address, you can do it by notifying the courier who will contact you on the day of the delivery to coordinate the address and time of arrival.

Once processed, your order should typically arrive within 4-11 working days. Occasionally it may take a little longer to reach you, especially if it's a larger order – if you still haven’t received your order after 14 working days, please get in touch with our customer service.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes. As you might understand it is a risky business to send skincare products to unreliable environment.

We currently ships to European Union member countries and United Kingdom. 

Orders over £60 in United Kingdom are entailed a free Express Delivery.

Free delivery is not available for orders outside United Kingdom.
